    welcome back glad you got the book.

    did you do your OWL addition as just 5 more net grams of carbs of those yummy induction veggies> if so were they veggies you were already eating? if not you may need to avoid that veggie even though it is akins legal. I have to avoid celery cause it gives me eating cravings.


    With all the water you are drinking and the limited amount of veggies you are eating be sure to talk with your doc about your watersoluble vits and minerals as you will become depleted and that will also hinder your weight loss and heath.

    You can look on fitday in the reports section and see your vits and minerals from what you consume. you can plug your own vits and other supplements into fitday as a custom food and eat one daily to have the report show what you are actually getting.
    With my food choices and my increased fluids I was potassium low according to fitday and my blood work so my doc prescribed some potassium for me. when I move to OWL and added back more of those veggies, fresh dairy nuts.seeds and berries I was no longer low potassium and my doc dropped the potassium pills. I alos needed iron in my vit cause even eating all that iron rich protein and veggies I didn't get enough.
