I know I have been doing pretty good on the 3 days I have been on the Induction. I have been posting my food & beverage intake each day. Haven't cheated on my carbs...that I KNOW of!!
Today, at lunch, I dropped one of my Sugar Free Jello Puddings. This pudding is what was helping me with my chocolate cravings. I picked it up to put it back in the fridge with the rest and realized there are CARBS listed on the nutrition guide!!!! 12 grams of Carbs in each little cup. I am devastated! I think when I picked it up, I noticed it says Zero Sugars, but didn't note what the Carbs were. There is Sugar Alcohol. What the heck!?!?
Needless to say, I have given up my Jello Pudding to my boyfriend and kids.
I'm so bummed!
I was wondering why the scale hasn't budged at all...Sugar free...hmph! (I know, all scales are wrong!)
