a big but
You can eat hot dogs BUT be advised that hotdogs aren't the healthiest choice you could make - they are processed food - and many have mysterious fillers.
I think it is also possible that they could interfere with your weight loss.
Unfortunatley, many processed foods have an outrageous amount of salt and preservatives.

Look for a brand that is all beef with ni fillers. Hebrew National(I think) is one. Also sometimes ones made by the butcher. His you could ask exactly what goes in. I too LOVE hot dogs~Lauren~

Snacks!
Pepperoni chips--pop them in the microwave for a few seconds take the out let them cool and enjoy. (Be careful though they have lots of sodium--don't overdo it.
Boiled eggs
String Cheese (watch intake cheese had been known to stall :yes)
Pork Skins (check labels if they are flavored--BBQ, HOT, etc.
Olives (black and green-about 10)
Dill Pickles
You can also check the recipe forums for great ideas---make sure they apply to the phase of Atkins you are in though.
Hope this helps--Good Luck![/b]

Can you get sausages from the butcher made purely of beef or pork mince? These would be much better and have less that 1g carb per sausage30yo F 5'5 (166cm)
