Don't expect the same weight loss rate from now on. It's not going to happen... and that's not the point anyway since this is a lifestyle change. Going slow is often better.

Well I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches off my waist!! Not as much as first week but I am still happy to be loosing!! My husband is doing great with this too!!
