    End of 1st week on Induction....

    Ok so I lost 10 pounds and 9 inches in my 1st week on Atkins!!!Hope for the others to come off as easy!!

      Congratulations!

      Don't expect the same weight loss rate from now on. It's not going to happen... and that's not the point anyway since this is a lifestyle change. Going slow is often better.

          Well I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches off my waist!! Not as much as first week but I am still happy to be loosing!! My husband is doing great with this too!!

              Restarted Induction 11/30/09
