  • First Week Induction results!

When I began this diet on Friday, April 8th, my weight was at 153lbs on my 5' 1.5" frame. My BMI was 28.

After just 1 week on Atkins I now weigh 142lbs and my BMI rate is now 26!

I think it helped that I ALWAYS kept at or below 20 grams of carbs a day and that I started excercising. Nothing too strenuous...just making more of an effort to 'power walk' to my destination and actively play with my 1 year old at the play park instead of sitting on the bench watching her.

          Hi Kiani, :wave

That's wonderful news, exercising makes all the difference it really does. In fact, just like Dr. Atkins says it's not an option and it's essential not only for maximum weight loss but long term health benefits as well.

When we get moving so does our metabolism, so keep up the great work and congrats again on your success!
