so I was shopping in the supermarket looking for Atkins products and I see Cheese ..thins like very few carbs and no sugar and on the back it doesn't say corn starch or anything NON legal...is this ok? I mean..i want to be sure but should I trust it? It seems sketchy!

I honestly don't know. But I don't think I personally would trust anything with the word "cracker" in it during the induction phase. Just my opinion, though. Good luck!

Save your money and just buy some cheese. Grate it and put tablespoonfuls on parchment paper, and either bake or microwave it till it melts really well, let it cool and you've got crunchy cheese thingies. :yes

Or if you haven't got a grater tehn just cut up cubes of cheese and zap tehm - make sure you leave space between each cube or pile of grated cheese or you will get a cheese 'plate'!!
Though sometimes I do them like that on purpose and while still a bit warm mould them into dishes or taco shells!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

You may not have done it long enough - have to keep zapping them a minute at a time to find how long you need for how much cheese.

I do them on the microwave turntable and use a spatula to lift them onto kitchen paper to get the grease off

This also works pretty well if you have a griddle! Just flip them like pancakes!
