so I was shopping in the supermarket looking for Atkins products and I see Cheese ..thins like very few carbs and no sugar and on the back it doesn't say corn starch or anything NON legal...is this ok? I mean..i want to be sure but should I trust it? It seems sketchy!

Or if you haven't got a grater tehn just cut up cubes of cheese and zap tehm - make sure you leave space between each cube or pile of grated cheese or you will get a cheese 'plate'!!
Though sometimes I do them like that on purpose and while still a bit warm mould them into dishes or taco shells!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

You may not have done it long enough - have to keep zapping them a minute at a time to find how long you need for how much cheese.
I do them on the microwave turntable and use a spatula to lift them onto kitchen paper to get the grease offWondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
