How far into the diet are you?
What did you eat today?
Make sure you are consuming enough calories... at least your BMR.
Undereating net carbs doesn't help either. Are you eating vegetables?

I've had 2 hard boiled eggs, 2 slices of cheddar (1 oz each) 4 small slices of summer saugage... 4glasses of water (I am SUPER thirsty) and my green tea (on 2nd cup). I do not have dependancy to caffiene, not a pop or coffee drinker... this is day one! I don't get to take lunch for another hour! UGH!!!Cyndi
