So I am going to start Atkins today, which I am excited about since I have been having dreams about the darn diet and it is all I think about, pretty sad lol. I am 24 and at the moment I am 170 and I hope to get down to 120. I have stayed the same weight for a couple years and even if I exercise I don't lose anything, I gain weight after eating then after I wake up I am back to normal.
I work at night so I pretty much eat two meals a day so I think it is going to be hard for me to incorporate more food into my diet but I will try my best. But yep yep sorry for the novel here are some "before" photos.

Around the Summer, yuck, I think I look ok from the front but the side-view is a little scary.
