    Induction for Men

    My husband wants to start Atkin's so he can drop some pounds, and I am going to join him in his efforts.

    I have about 15lbs. I would like to shed myself...

    My question is...Is the carb count for Induction (20 grams) the same for men as it is for women?

    I don't remember reading about this in the book.
