  • January 3rd is the start date!

    I'm excited to start Induction. I wanted to start on the 27th of December, but Murphy's Law hit me with horrible flu Christmas eve that I couldn't even enjoy Christmas dinner. It was horrible. I spent the entire Christmas holidays in bed LOL - Reading the DANDR book in order to prepare to start. I am feeling much better today, finished the book and will do my grocery shopping tomorrow ready to start on Sunday.

    I'll be giving up coffee cold turkey too. Wish me luck!

          ITS ME WENDY AGAIN....IM STARTING TOMARROW AGAIN....THINGS HAVE BEEN ROUGH THIS PAST YEAR AND FOR SOME REASON THE 5 TIMES I RESTARTED I CONTINUED TO GAIN....I DONE THIS 3 YEARS AGO AND LOST 65 IN 3 MONTHS , I KNOW I CAN DO IT AND I AM GOING TO DO IT, I PRETTY MUCH ONLY EAT MEAT CHEESE AND SALADS AS I DID BEFORE ....50 LBS HIT ME HARD THE LAST 6 MONTHS, GOTTA GET IT OFF

            It is great that there are a few of you starting together
            Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

            F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

              Just make sure you're following the rules stated in the book, drinking plenty of pure water (64oz minimum), exercising and taking a vitamin. Good luck to you.

                  Were you overeating? Clearly something was not done right if you were gaining weight.
