Hi, I Am Starting Atkins On April 16th 2005 There Are A Few Habbits I Need To Break Like Diet Sodas, Sweets, Major Sugar Cravings I Seem To Get Light Headed On Low Fat High Carb Diets So Hopefully This Will Work, All I Know Is I Need To Do Something And Fast, I Was Reading In There That You Could Have More Than 3 Cups Of Veges BUT In The Atkins Book It Says 3 Cups Maximum I Thought...... And On Induction Can I Eat Like 3,000 Calories And Still Be Safe As Long As I Stay At 20 Carbs?
