  • Day 15,didnt cheat....

    Hi all!
    Today is day 15 for me. I got on the scale this morning and much to my surprise i have lost 10.5 lbs. My clothes are loose-WOW. I only made it to Curves 2 times during induction,I am a regular there but due to circumstances, that is the best I could do. Next week should be much more calm.
    The question I have been pondering is should I stay or go? I think I have decided to stay a while longer,since I have alot of weight to get rid of. I will go day by day and decide from there.

          Congratulations! Making the decision to move to OWL is such a personal one. Read the sticky as suggested and read chapter 13 in your DANDR to help you make that decision.
