    ok....well i am going to do this even if i feel like its going to kill me. I want to drop 20 pounds by the middle of may and 10 more by the end of it. Think it can be done? And i mean for real, do you think that can be done? I got 2 cups of veggies in today which is way better then the almost one that i ate in past inductions. All my water is in and i went to the gym. in 14 days i will be posting who much i have lost.

    i have decided that i can buy a new swim suit as soon as i get through the 14 days. i lost mine at the gym :-(

    I think it can be done with motivation and commitment to doing it right and making sure you have your exercise in. However being a person who has not met two weight goals by specified date, let me just warn you against feeling too disappointed if you don't make your goal. You will still have lost pounds and inches AND regained control of your eating habits. In the mean time, plan for success and how you are going to lose 4 pounds a week or .67 pounds per day.

      I am the same way about not looking at my weight, but when I started the plan, I felt I needed to know what my starting point was. I have so many positive posts here about once you reach that 14th day that I too wanted to see my own results. I weighed, and then put the scale away not to be touched until Day 15th.... you might want to weigh just for a point of reference. I wasnt happy with what I saw, but I knew that was all about to change.

        Well, if I lost 14 lbs. in 2 weeks, I think your goal of mid May is doable, but definitely fit the exercise in.

          Hi!
          Welcome to Day 1! Today is my day 14 and I made it cheat free. You can do it too! :icondance If I can make one suggestion make sure to measure yourself. I didn't and I wish I had. My jeans are now not squeezing me to death and it would have been nice to see how much went away over the last 2 weeks.
