Welcome and best wishes for your first day!

According to DANDR, you will be going a little over on veggies even though you will not be going over on carbs. We are only allowed 2 cups salad veggies (celery, lettuce) and 1 cup other veggies (broccoli, cabbage). Otherwise, it seems good to me!

      The menu is very good.
Remember to count net carbs (carbs minus fibre)
Measure you veggies raw. I cup of cooked cabbage has more carbs than what you listed there.
      Drink plenty of water

And yes the dressing does have carbs. On labels they can round down to zero if it is less that 0.5 for the serving size they are listing. So labels have to be treated with care.
Very few things have zero carbs - - meat and fish does

Do you use fitday? It can be a great help for keeping track

so in the front of the book those arent the net carbs? Where so I find them on veggies and stuff I buy fresh so theres none on there! And what should i count for meat? The book says "trace"? and how would I figure the cabbage cooked?

I don't have your book book I think. Is this the Atkins 2003 edition?

I use fitday to count carbs or look up carbs. You do not have to use that if you do not want to record things on line. I also look thing up there two places:

Count all meats as zero - except organ meats that may have some carbs.

No, those are total carbs. The net carbs are at the back of the book. They are listed under "digestible carbs".

Your menu looks good. Just make sure you're counting net carbs correctly.

                8oz chicken breast grilled 0carbs(trace?)
The chicken alone should have no carbs as long as the only ingredient is chicken. But if you added spices in cooking, there will be some carbs.

You can...but there are few people here who will endorse using any highly-processed product. Some people have reported that the shakes/bars/other "low carb" products have interferred with their weight loss. We tend to focus on learning about and eating real, minimally-processed food.

ETA: Your menu looks pretty good (and I will never criticize eating more Induction-friendly veggies).
