A few food questions

I am grocery shopping tomorrow and I would like to know if sour cream, taco season(powder) and onions are allowed during induction.

Sour Cream (1 oz/day) and Onions (1 cup raw/day) are both legal. Taco Seasoning is not. It is often full of starches and unacceptable things. It is easy to make. Here is my secret recipe:

1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/8 teaspoon garlic powder
Pinch cayenne
