    Tomorrow is a new day!

Hi all! I have been gone for a few months and sure missed it! I was doing good for awhile and during thanksgiving totally went off the wagon and have been since then. Tomorrow is my day 1 of induction again. I am so mad at myself since I had a set goal for myself to get healthier and slim down. I am getting married in 5 months and I feel that one of my goals is running out.

Just wanted to check in with everyone and hope everyone had a great holiday and a happy new year!

    Wish me luck!

    Hi Jackie
Welcome back to your ADBB family

I am sorry to hear you fell off the Atkins path but glad to know you are back again
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Jackie -- it's best to think of Atkins as a way of eating (WOE) for a lifetime, not a "diet"....that's now what this plan is all about. Once you get to your goal if you stop eating this way you'll probably gain your weight back (like you've seen can happen over the holidays).

Get back on plan, eat the correct foods, drink a minimum of 64 ounces of pure water daily and exercise...you should have great results!!

        Good luck.
