Most of the salad mixes I see contain different varieties of lettuce--red leaf, green leaf, baby romaine, etc.---and all of those lettuces have the same nutritional profile as regular lettuce. So if you are eating salad mixes that contain the higher nutrient greens like kale or Swiss chard, then that is vastly more nutritious and contains more fiber than lettuce mixes.
