Yep, it will go away. Your body has to adjust to all these changes, but it doesn't usually last long.

          Have you given up coffee?

How much water are you drinking?

How many of your net carbs are coming from vegetables?

How many calories are you consuming?

          Are you having regular meals?

Hi! I didn't have any symptoms like that (thankfully) but I am sure it will go away. Hope it goes away real soon!

Hi! Sorry to hear it - I'm on day 2 hoping that I'll be one of the lucky ones Thankfully I quit drinking coffee about a month ago! But let me tell you - the headache from quitting that was bad!

              Feel better soon

For me, I just realized today that it's likely from skipping meals!!
I had prepared an extra steak last night so I could have it for breakfast this morning easy peasy. So this morning, around 9:30 am I sauteed some onions and mushrooms for the top and heated up the steak, put those on top, and hit the top with a slice of Havarti cheese. Mmmmmm I had massive amounts of energy but at about 1 pm I started to get a headache and it got stronger and stronger until I couldn't take anymore and took some advil at about 4 pm....Then i realized that I forgot to eat lunch! LOL I totally FORGOT!!! I wasn't hungry so I just went about my day! So a little after 4 I had a few small squares of cheese and a few pieces of a beef log, and then at 7 pm I am eating dinner. (pork cutlets and cauli/broc mix) I feel good and not starving before dinner like I usually am....LOVE IT!! But now I see that even though my tummy doesn't growl, I should probably check if I need to eat!

                    Re: Induction

Glad you figured that out, Sonya!

By the way, some people do better eating 3 smaller meals and 2-3 snacks throughout the day rather than 3 big(er) meals. You might want to try this and see how it works for you.

I agree with J. that you should check the ingredients in the beef log, if you haven't done that already. The beef logs I find here have sugar (dextrose) in the ingredients. In the US, I guess some brands might have corn syrup.

                      Re: Induction

I have been battling a headache daily too but I am taking antibiotics for a NEVER ENDING sinus infection. So I never know if it's that or this. But I will not give up. I know from experience that when this passes I will feel great. I have also realized that I must eat my meals or I do get weak or get a worse headache. I too forget sometimes because this awesome way of eating does take away your appetite.
                      God Bless
