    what are the rungs? and where are they in the book?

    Otherwise known as OWL...Ongoing Weight Loss---Look through the chapters in the Contents. I am not at home so I do not have access to my book. It should be in the first 1/2 of the book right after the Induction section.

      OWL is where the work really happens and you learn how to function in the real world.

      You can't live on Induction forever!

          The word "rung" is never mentioned in DANDR. However, there is a Carbohydrate Ladder for OWL, and a rung is simply a step on the Ladder. So OWL Rung 1 is vegetables, OWL Rung 2 is diary... and so on.
