  • Carbonated water?

just wanted to check,, the ingredients list says 'carbonated water' so there is no extra anything.. just water with bubbles in it. Thats okay yes? Im really enjoying it because I quit caffinated soda about a year ago when I quit smoking, and then over the last six months Iv limited myself to 1 sprite a day. Iv found its really the bubbles I like more so than the sugary sweetness.... and I do still drink atleast 3 mason jars full of ice water a day.

So is it alright to have a couple of six oz glass's of carbonated water too?

So you know it doesn't count as plain water, right?

I like it too. Not sure why it should not count as plain water though.

Colette Heimowitz wrote in an interview she gave in 2002 that carbonated water might not have the same detox properties as "pure water".

Maybe there's some research out there to suggest this... but I haven't seen it.
