ok im on day 4...strictly...meats cheese and allowed veggies as i did before...fitday looks good 74% fat 6%carbs....ive gained 3 lbs...could this be normal, i think i remember when i lost the 65 before i started losing inches first..i do drink 1 cup coffee each morning with 1 packet of splenda...rest is straight meat..eggs..veggies as green beans, spinach salad..yes with only the allowed ranch dressing or vinagar and oil.....any suggestions?...still real tired too, hopfully all this will subside, thanx, wendy

Can you post a complete menu, with quantities and net carbs for all foods?
How many net carbs are you consuming? How many come from vegetables?
How many calories do you average per day?

menu for yesterday was
breakfast...6 sausage links( zero carbs)
1 egg..2 oz cheese
lunch..salad (lettuce..cheese..grilled chicken..2 table spoon ranch)
pork rinds for snack( plain)
a few boiled peanuts
supper...bout 4 to 6 oz roast..1 cup cooked spinach, a few slices of cooked mushrooms
fitday said calories were 1501...72%fat 6% carbs 22% protein....19.6 carbs total

You're in induction? If so no boiled peanuts. Also it looks like you are not getting enough vegetables either. How much of salad are you eating at lunch? 2 cups? Also are you just eating iceberg lettuce? I know when I eat I can't just have iceberg lettuce. Also you can eat other salad greens besides just spinach and lettuce such as radishes, celery, jicama, radishes, peppers, etc. Even if I used one cup of salad lettuce, you can put a lot of veggies that add up to a cup.
Oh yeah, sometimes in my case at least if I eat just red meat I'll gain. I have to mix up my red meats, with chicken, fish, pork. It seems like in my case red meat will just sit there and It'll show up on the scale until I go to the bathroom.

Are these made from fresh? Any spices? I doubt very much that they are 0 carbs, unless it's "just" meat. What is the list of ingredients?

hi...the sauasage is zero...we make it here fresh...no sugar added at all...and my salad was 2 cups with tomatoe, peppers cheese...all my carbs came from the salad and the spinach yesterday...i know i know no peanuts, i ate 3 shelled peanuts..ops...today so has been....bacon 3 eggs 2 oz cheese...ill be back later on,, thanks alot yall, wendy

Check your BMR and up your food. Also some people do better splitting their 3 meals into 6, and eat every few hours. Keep posting.
