I ate celery with blue cheese dip (one of Atkins' recipe from last night dinner) Virigina Ham, and decaffinecated tea with heavy cream for my breakfast this morning and I am totally happy!!!!
I started on Monday. I'm totally happy too and not struggling at all. I mean, I don't feel at all deprived (except for my wine, which I love. Waaaahhhh). Probably helps that I've never had a sweet tooth.
