Okay, I know its not as dramatic as some of the others, but that is awesome for me! I have eaten out 5 times this week for lunch and so I am proud of myself for being careful! I normally have a difficult time losing weight due to PCOS, pre-diabetes, and Candida.
In one week 8 lbs is a lot for me! So I will take it!
I know its an ongoing process and for me staying strong regardless of my weight loss is most important because this is for my overall health in the long run! So I am happy!

There is a good amount of info there. At some point I might find it needed to follow this plan. For now I will see how I do with the regular Atkins. I am feeling pretty awesome right now but am having some reactions due to detoxing. (I expected these, from past experience) I just have to keep up and try not to forget my water...and lately, I need to remember to eat! rofl
