    Ketosis????

    Ok, so I've noticed that color/odor to my urine and I'm definately not hungry. I'm still eating. I think these are signs of the greatthing ketosis. It's day four for me. I screwed up the first day because I didn't count my veggies right. I'm happy but won't weigh till next week!

      Sounds good so far, how's the breath/taste in your mouth? Stinky is good.

          The physical signs of ketosis are more reliable than peeing on Ketostix, which might not always change color (and whether it's light pink or dark purple is not important). There's a list of them here:

              Georgiana.....I did read this. I don't think the taste or breath is different. I did the stix before and they just made me mad so I'm gonna just let things happen and see! Just gotta find my tape measure and do that. I actually made a lc cream sauce today and it was pretty yummy! See, you guys are really really helping me alot! Thanks
