  • Oh NO I already messed up

    I thought greens beans were on the induction list till I went to write it all down after eating. Luckily they dont have to many carbs so I can still be under 20g by the end of the day. Here is what I have eaten and plan to eat for the whole day please let me know if I did anything else wrong besides the green beans.

    2 eggs with butter
    3 slices of bacon

    2 Chicken thighs made in pure olive oil
    1 cup green beans

    Pot roast
    2 cups of salad with ranch

    1 deviled egg maybe 2 havent decided.

    They are. They are listed as string beans in your copy of Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution (2002).

      Great I feel better I didnt know string beans where the same thing. Im just now gonna go in and see my calories carb and fat count see how today adds up. Thanks for quick reply!
