When I woke up this evening I decided to weigh in, came in at 297.6. Happy for two major reasons. 1) 10lbs in 4 days is amazing and 2) It's the first time in over 3 years that I have been under 300lbs.

Played about an hour of ball hockey Saturday, that was the extent of my exercise besides what I get at work (I do a lot of walking and periodic lifting).Originally posted by cinnycinda View PostAndrew, that's awsome! you should celebrate and go for a run.
