Linda Sue's wonderful site should help you. She not only has sample menus, but the most amazing recipes. It's really not so hard to get the percentages in line. Don't let it make you crazy. Just keep in mind that Atkins is a low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet. Enjoy!

Post your Menu, including the amounts of the foods you eat and drink. Oftentimes menues just need alittle tweaking.

You do not have to get it super right. Concentrate on the carbs part of it. Do not skimp on fat (use butter, and oils and fattier cuts) and it will work out. If you do chose chicken or lean fish - just add some mayo, oil or butter. Atkins do not say in the book that there is a percentage that we HAVE to do.

I don't think menus are that useful. The most important thing is to build a diet around something that you like to eat. This is meant to grow into your menu for life and you have to build it around your prefereances.

I may have eaten something like this on induction
Eggs scrambled with a bit of sauteed veggies and bacon (breakfast)
Chef salad (egg, bacon, cheese, chicken with veggies or mayo) lunch
A piece of meat fried (I like all kinds but steak is my favourite) side of salad or sauteed veggies.
