I started on Jan 7, 2010 so today was my 5th day, tomorrow being my 6th. I haven't weighed myself yet. Each day I eat 3 cups of veggies. Breakfast is easiest with 4 slices of bacon ( no sugar added) along with 3 eggs. Most of the time a have 1 cup of lettuce with a hard boiled egg and cucumber slice ( very few just for crunch) along with a low carb dressing for lunch along with a protien either tuna or chicken or leftover protein from the night before. A typical night consist of a protein like chicken fish turkey, beef and a cup of salad with 1/2 oz of shredded cheese (I shred) with a few bacon bits (leftover from the morning) and low carb dressing ( 1 carb for 2 tbsp the sugar is the last ingredient on the list ) i also drink atleast 70 fl oz of water daily along with a cup of decaff coffee to break the habit every morning with one pack of splenda ( I count the carb) and I have a batch of unsweetened decaff tea that i drink to have some flavor with my meals. I track all my meals with Fitday and the breakdown says anywhere from 52% - 77% fat, 5%-7% carbs, and 22%-44% protein. Am i doing the introduction right? Hopefully I am .. if not i would love pointers =) any suggestions would be wonderful!!






The appetite suppression takes a few days to kick in. Just remember the rule of thumb - stop eating when no longer hungry - even if there is still food on your plate or "room in your tummy"
