Hi, I cant believe this diet is really working, I dont have sugar cravings anymore and I think I have lost 7lbs! I didnt realize not to eat the bars yet, oops! I actualy ate 2 in a row, I think it triggered me? anyway I was 251 now Im 244, :joy

WELCOME ABOARD- and very well done. I can associate with your bewilderment. Have you read the book: Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution (DANDR) ? if not you should do so at your earliest convenience - it is unputdownable and really explains WHy this all works.
