    Fasweet Liquid sweetner

I was just wondering do you have to count carbs in Fasweet Liquid Sweetner like you do in splenda and other artificial sweetners?

    Fasweet Liquid Sweetner
    Ingredients:
water, calcium, saccharin(12 mg saccharin, a non-nutritive sweetner, per 1/8 tsp.) with benzonic acid 0.05% and menthyl paraben 0.05% as preservatives.

Since it's a liquid, they used the liquid form of the sweetener, so it would be 0 carbs.

I don't know if benzonic acid 0.05% and menthyl paraben 0.05% contain carbs.

However, this doesn't mean this sweetener doesn't count ... there's still a limit of 3 servings per day.

And many people count a fractional carb ... even as much as 0.5 ... for a liquid sweetener ... to remind themselves that it's not "free".

      Hi Cami

The lit said that it's carb free so I would go with that. If you had to figure out drips, that would make this plan so hard to follow. Go with the literature and don't sweat the small stuff.
