  • Is this normal??

    Hi,
    I am on day six and when I last weighted myself I lost 3lbs, today I weighted myself and I am back to my starting weight.
    I felt like giving up but I did not. How can this be? I am doing well, feel great. Any Ideas?

    Try to stay off the scale - it will only infuriate you on a daily basis. Weigh once at week at MOST. You can judge your progress better by your clothes and how loose they become.

      Scales are notoriously evil and should be avoided during dieting. There could be a million reasons for the weight gain. Sodium? PMS? Different Scale.
      We can do this.

            Perfectly normal. Here is a link to a post I put up a few days ago. It has a log of my 8 weeks of progress. Everyones progress will be different but you will see that there are some weeks when I did not loose anything.
