Hi everyone! I know I'm suppose to subract fiber and sugar alcohol from the carbs to give you the net carbs. Of course I understand what fiber is, but I don't understand exactly what sugar alcohol is and how it effects the carb count. I'm just curious as to why I'm subtracting it. Is it because it doesn't effect your blood sugar? Thanks in advance for your help.

Re: ? About sugar alcohol
Sugar Alcohols are awful. They make half of its users poop its drawers and the other half who hang onto their tighty whities absorb every carb.
Do you really want to roll those dice, my friend?
Stay away from the stuff. It's not real food, and four out of five SA's in the industry are derived from CORN. Boo!
