  • Beverage question ...

I went through 13 pages of subject matters looking for anything similar and didn't find anything, so if I am repeating something in another thread, my apologies.

Here's my question. I am only on my 3rd day of induction and am drinking over a half gallon of water a day - but I have sitting in my fridge a jug of Arizona Non-Caffeinated, Splenda sweetened Green Tea.

    Is that permissible?

    Yes.

Each 8 ounces counts as a serving of sweetener though.

And given the cost ... why not buy your own green tea bags and make it yourself? Then you can save money and sweetener!

If you knew me, you'd laugh! I don't do "make it yourself" very well.

      Thank you, though!!

Are you cooking? I'm asking because making tea is easier than any recipe I know.

AS with all processed/ready made foods/drinks do check the ingredients for any non-allowed additions.

One of our members was drinking sugarfree green tee from a vending machine for many months before seeing on the pack label that it contained sugar under one of its aliases!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
