No nuts or seeds are permitted during the first two weeks of Induction... and this includes sesame seeds.

        Yes, the herbs are fine.

            Re: dried herb question..

after you pick all those seeds out you can use sesame oil to add the flavor back into your dish during induction and come OWL level 3 you can leave the seeds in.

            so what are you fixing?

a tiny bit of sesame oil. It's pretty strong stuff. Yeah, what are we making. It sounds interesting.

                thanks for all the tips
i'm using cleo's zucchini or cauliflower crust (yum) and putting ^those herbs on with olive oil then back in the oven to set the flavour only 5 min. taking it out of the oven and then topping it off with fresh tomatoes cucumbers and thin slices of onion...you have to try it, it's so good! my mom used to make it for us when we were little on pizza dough....it's called manakeesh

and yes cinnycinda... i miss fatoush too!!! i think i will make it using this crust ..

sounds yummy and if you want that seed flavor you could during induction use the seed oil instead of the EEOV.
