    Julian bakery

I saw the ad on this site for julian bakery and they say their bread is 1 net carb its 13g carbs but 12g fiber to equal 1 net. I have been on the hunt for bread like this has anyone had it is it good? Is it to good to be true?

    It's not allowed on Induction!

Nor do we think the carb/fiber count is correct.

If you do a search on here, you might find the topics where it's been discussed.

      Re: Julian bakery

I found another thread on this gave good info. I didnt think about it but its not allowed because of the grain. They say it can be allowed once in the OWL rung stage where you start to include grain. No clue when that is I havent read any further then intro part yet I dont want to overload my brain and confuse something on OWL with Intro. Thanks for your help!
