Hi I've been on the atkins for about 8 days...I've lost nothng ...I've been following the 20 carb limit I'm in Ketosis..exercising...what the heck am I doing wrong????? can someone help....
This is what I have been eating Brk-4 eggs,tblsp.butter 4 slices bacon,decaf coffee,2 tblsp. cream,one stevia carb free...Lunch-on cup iceberg lettuce, 1 oz. feta cheese,mayo and mustard dressing,6 slices cucumber 1/8 inch thick,1 hard boiled egg...Supper chicken wings dipped in mustard and mayo dip,2 cups and the same kind of salad for supper as lunch....maybe another two cups of decaf coffee with cream and stevia...i have been putting stevia on the chicken and two tblsps.off terriaki sauce...to cook the chicken...other than that I very my meat and that's my days....what the heck am I doing wrong.....
