Well, I'm not a big fan of "products" ... Atkins is about whole, unprocessed foods ... and sugar alcohols aren't in food.

Sugar alcohols have a pretty bad reputation, to much and it gives you gas plus other gastric complaints, I wouldn't use it during the first two weeks of induction, but after that in small amounts, it would be okay

If they are candy - they are not OK. No candy on induction

          Re: what about sugar alcohols?

Small amounts of sugar alcohols are naturally occurring in fruits and vegetables, but the amounts are very small compared to those found in sugar free candies, bars, chocolates, etc.

I do not recommend sugar alcohols at all... not only in the first two weeks. Use (at least) the first two weeks on Atkins to starve your sweet tooth. After this period, if you want an occasional dessert, it's best to make your own.
