Hello Everyone ,
I just got the New Atkins book and Iv been on it befor and had Great results had some Medical issues I had to take care of and Gained weight so now I am ready to Begin again But my question is about my medications are these ok to take on atkins Induction ???

Any medication you need to take ... well, you need to take it.

Thats quite a list. Look thru the literature that comes with your list and see if any food groups are contraindicated, or ask your pharmacist. I can't eat grapefruit with one of the pills that I take but thats okay, I can easily avoid grapefruit.

Stick to the acceptable list, and avoid anything in the ingredient list that you can't pronounce or know what it is. Y
