  • Sushi roe (tobiko or tobikko) question

    Hi ... me again!

Ok ... before this wonderful lifestyle change, I would make an AWESOME Dynamite sauce for my fish that included the little orange eggs commonly found on a California Roll - Tobiko.

Anyone know if this is Atkins/Induction friendly?

    Thank you!!

I don't know The recipe I had has sugar and chili garlic sauce, but there are probably a lot of different recipes. The Mayo is okay,,,Splenda could be substituted

Yes, roe is permitted on Induction.

There is nutritional information for different roe in FitDay.

FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal

Not specifically for tabiko... but the carbs should not be far off... especially since you're not using a large quantity per serving.
