  • Halfway through Induction- I can do it!

Well ladies and gents~ I've officially made it through my first full week of induction!! I've had my ups and downs... but 1 week down and 1 to go. I weighed myself today and have lots 9 lbs this week!! I didn't work out as much as I should have, but I won't beat myself up over it (can't change what's in the past). This coming up week I plan to do better with exercise (maybe it will help my keep up my 1+ pound a day weight loss). I've learned so much about myself and my eating habits this week. I've learned that I really do love chicken- I used to pick at it but gorge myself on pasta and side dishes- and also that cauliflower, ham, and broccoli are delicious! Sorry for the ramble~ I am just so proud of myself and even more excited to know that I am only 8.4 pounds away from ONEDERLAND! Oh it's been too long! Thank you everyone for all of your support (not only those who picked me up last Tuesday when I was down) but those who continue to post and show pictures of your progress. You are all such an inspiration!

        Congratulations!

maybe it will help my keep up my 1+ pound a day weight loss
After the initial water loss, losing more than a pound per day (on average) was considered unsafe by Dr. Atkins.

Great progress and a great positive attitude too
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Congratulations on your success. Remember your euphoria in the future when your weight loss slows down as it will. You will not lose a pound a day. And it is not good to set deadlines for the amount of weight you want to lose. You are just setting yourself up for disapointment. Your body will lose weight as it sees fit.
