    Day 5 weight

As of today, which is day 5 of my induction, I am down 11 pounds! I am very surprised at how this is going since I am a woman and am relatively tall. I'm not crazy overweight, but I am definitely overweight. Maybe my body was just really ready for a change and is loving this! I thought it might be a little slower for me since I don't have a ton of weight to lose, but I'm already 20% down!!! As for exercise I am not killing myself over it, mostly just walking the dogs for 30 min a day and working on remodeling our house. Anyway, this is going so great and I feel really happy about it. Oh, and yesterday I measured my waist and was down 2 inches. Just wanted to share the success!! Thanks for the support!!

That is really awesome. Average for your size and weight would be about 5 to 6 pounds so you have just about doubled that. Congrats. Your doing so well.

What a terrific start to your Atkins journey
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
