DH and I started induction on Friday. About a year and half ago, we were on Atkins and were very successful. Well, I got pregnant and put my dieting on the back burner. DH put on sympathy weight along with me. We just said this is it we are starting tomorrow. The funny thing is that I had just loaded up the fridge with a lot of non-Atkins groceries. I guess we are serious and we are ready to go!!!

Hi and welcome back.
Re-read your book to refresh yourself. Also make copies of the Induction Rules and the acceptable foods list. Keep a copy on the fridge and keep copies with you (and DH) to eliminate the guesswork. If you look at the above sticky posts, you'll find a wallet-sized version of the lists---so there's no excuse for not having a copy on you.
Nothing is worse than to read someone's posting that they ate ______ food and want to know if it's okay for Induction because those types of posts can be avoided if that person had only kept a copy of the lists and rules and referred to them.
