Finding a lot of processed meats such as pepperoni and salami contain dextrose. I believe dextrose is a sugar and therefore not allowed. Correct?
If not allowed is there a brand of pepperoni etc. in the US that doesn't contain dextrose.

Yes, dextrose is sugar.

Actually, eating processed meats (and foods) should be limited on Atkins.
