    Net carbs???

    What exactly are "net carbs"? I know 20 net carbs a day on induction..but i need a definition...

      To count 20 of something... you need to know what exactly you're counting.

      Total carbs minus dietary fiber.

          Net carbs is total carbs minus the carbs from fiber in the US.
