  • 2 weeks down.....

    and 13 lbs. gone! And the best part, through my fitday tracking, I can see my amount of food intake decrease. I love it! I'm feeling a little bloated yesterday and today, but I think that is due to getting ready for my TOM. Other than that, I have felt great! No more heartburn, not bloated feelings untill the last 2 days that is, and the overall icky daily feeling is GONE!

    Oh, and hubby started this WOL the week after me, so a week in and he is down 15 lbs already. His blood sugar is also coming back to being in check.

    Anyways, off to spend some time with the kiddies.

    Congratulations, Clara!

    Since you are using FitDay, also take a look at your vitamin and mineral intakes to check if you're making good food choices.

    And make sure you are not consistently undereating. On average, you should should be eating above your BMR. Undereating will slow down your metabolism, which is definitely not something you wish to happen.
