  • New Year, New Me!

Hey everyone, I'm back! Finally have internet again! WOOHOO!!! I've felt like I was missing an arm for months! Soooo, I've been on and off plan here and there and beating myself for wasting time, but so long as I climb back on, that's important. Also I've been maintaining a 40 lbs weight loss and there's something to be said for that, right? Anyhow, I'm on day 3 of re-induction and I've lost 5 lbs since I started that. Yay! I have a renewed focus and am glad to see myself back in old jeans and feeling like my old self. My goal is to drop 70 lbs this year in total. Considering my size and the 40 lbs I dropped the last 6 months of last year, I think it's acheivable. That would put me around where I was 10 years ago. Then we'll go from there down to where I need to be. Glad to be back and hope everybody is doing well!

Hi, Sarah! Glad to see you back!

I've been on and off plan here and there
That on and off thing can really screw up your metabolism. Did you figure out the reason for the "off's"?

Welcome back to your ADBB family
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
