  • Day 14 =)

    It has been 2 weeks on strict induction.. no sugar no caffeine no nothing except the salad veggies, other veggies and proteins, and less than 3 packets of splenda a day. So I Have lost 12 lbs, since i began 14 days ago. I weighed 198 and today I weighed and i weigh 186. I do think I am however going to stay on induction for another 2 weeks then more onto OWL. Since I have 50 more pounds to lose i figured 2 more weeks of induction then move onto OWL =)

    gw4:145
    ugw: 142.0!! BMI 21.0

    Congratulations on the 12 lbs!

      yes i have read them.. im pretty sure i am going to stay on induction for about 2 more weeks then i think ill be ready to move forward to owl =)

          Congratulations on your induction results
          Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

          F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )

            woo hoo congrats on the great start.

            Even though you have read chapter 13 keep asking yourself those questions each day so if in 10 days you suddenly more more food choices you don't eat off plan cause you have 4 more days to go. Move right then to OWL. nobody will hold you to that another 14 days post.

              Check your degree of metabolic resistance on the Metabolic Resistance Charts. That will help you plan your Atkins.
