  • Week 1 of Induction down!

    Week one done and I'm feeling great! I have dropped 7lbs.

    My cravings are subsiding. It's funny. When I crave it's not for bread or grains, it's for sweets. Can't wait till that is gone.

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
