Anyone else starting 1/21? This is the most I have EVER weighed. It was hard typing in 302.

I will start off with some scrambled eggs. Big surprise. <LOL> I have been on Atkin's before and it really worked well for me because I love high protein high fat foods and don't care much for sugary stuff. I am making a trip into town today for more suitable groceries. This morning I weighed 297.8 so things aren't quite as bad as I thought. Still I have NEVER been this heavy. That 302 on the scale yesterday was very sobering. The last time I got real serious about losing weight I got down to 132 (20 years ago). It's hard to believe I could put that much weight back on.

Good luck! It's never too late to start getting healthy again. It sounds like you are going to do wonderfully in this new way of life since you already like high protein/high fat foods. Sugar is my downfall!! You have all the support in the world here though~ come by anytime!
