I am done with week one of induction and love this!!! I have been weighing myself every day because I was expecting to see changes every day. I have decided to not weight or measure myself until the end of my second week before I start OWL. After the first week I lost 11 pounds and 4 inches off my waist. Most of the weight was lost in the first 5 days. I haven't seen any change in the last 2 days. I am also going to increase my exercise this coming week since my energy level has increased.
